"I loved that this hotel was right in the action of the city, but we felt very safe. It was great to only take a taxi to and from the airport for a quick weekend visit. Our main mission was Hamilton, and it's a quick walk to Richard Rogers Theatre. "
"Excellent property with awesome location. I read reviews that were derogatory about the elevators and loud A/C. The elevators are state of the art and we never had any issues. We stayed 3 nights. The A/C is a little loud but it did not hinder our ability to sleep. We loved this hotel. The rooftop bar was also an added bonus. We did not try the breakfast so no comment on that. I think hotel management or even police could better manage the poachers out front trying to sell site seeing tours, shuttle rides etc. Do yourselves a favor and have all that prearranged so you don’t waste your time or risk getting scammed. We never had any problems getting a Lyft or Uber from this location. We really enjoyed our comfortable stay here, although it is pricey. But the price is expected in NYC and in this location. "
"Everything about this hotel was amazing! The structure, and the location could not be any better. Only a few feet away from everything. Not to mention how beautiful and spectacular the Cathedral view rooms are. 10/10!"
"The hotel is great. Amazing location. Friendly staff. The only downfall was check-in took 40 mins and apparently this is normal. There is no fridge on the room and our walls in our room had what looked like pop stains and dirt all over the walls. We would however definitely stay here again. For us those issues are minor. "
"The sky view room was absolutely breathtaking at night. I enjoyed every minute of it. The ceilings were so tall and I’d get lost in them whenever I relaxed on the bed. I was only in new York for one night but I would stay a lifetime if I could. Outside the hotel is slightly sketchy but I think that’s New York on the whole tbh. Just keep your wits about yourself and you’ll be fine! The hotel has a locked door that can only be opened with your room key and 24 hr security. So I felt safe. "
