Overall positive experience

Overall our experience was very positive. The room was nice and comfortable. Staff was polite and professional. Our room was clean—the only oversight was the coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned between guests. A relatively minor thing and it wouldn’t deter us from staying there the next time we visit NYC.
