The blankets were thin and when I asked for another they didn’t bring it. You get it thru txt message. You can hear everything going on outside, the walls are thin. The bed was okay. I don’t like how there is no separation from the toilet and shower so the floor is wet. Overall not satisfied

Felt bamboozled
From start to finish Terrible experience. The escalator was not working since a few months and people were up and down on one side with no options for stairs. The "guest lounge" was completely empty with zero service, as everything was left behind. Seemed like a fyre festival situation. The only upside was the nightlife on the rooftop with an amazing view and the basement for entertainment. Other then that will never stay at this place again. Was wondering why am I paying this much for this no service place when there are several better options for same price.

Overpriced hostel
Oh boy I couldn’t wait to write this review! First of all- nothing works. The app they send you to for keyless entry etc is down- first couldn’t register then they didn’t have my reservation number so came to the lobby which was packed full of people and self check in kiosks. 3 of the 5 were down. Checked in and had a question but there is one employee for the 10 people who also had questions. Finally got it answered and needed to leave our luggage while we waited, got sent upstairs. Escalator is broken. Finally find the lone bell boy with 10 people waiting to leave their luggage. They have these self check in lockers that no one could work. Rolling my eyes hard. Room was finally ready and no one to unlock our bags. Rolling eyes even harder. Try to get the kiosk to issue a key- nope, not working! Had to find a person to do it. Get to the room and- it’s a cruise ship cabin. Oh geez. It is the smallest hotel room I have ever seen, even by New York standards. There are no bed frames or headboards, just mattresses on the floor, pillows fall right off because nothing is there to hold them in place, a park bench and a little table. The bathroom is the saddest thing I have ever seen- a toilet and a shower in cheap white tile with see through glass. The sink is in your minuscule room. The AC set to 64 was getting the room hotter and hotter so had to call for service. What’s going on at this hotel? I spent $1,400 for 2 nights and I’m in a hostel.

Disappointed
The bed was uncomfortable, the smell was like something was on fire the entire stay, the rooftop was crowded and not favorable for guests and the drinks were terrible pours and tasteless. The view and garden was amazing, but will not return and not worth the money!!
