Could be better
Toilet in room had issues upon check in and took a while to fix. Wifi was really bad. Paid for premium service but connection was still was very bad. Some of the workers wete friendly, others not so much.

Outstanding
I loved everything about the hotel, the people, the location. I was disappointed because I left 2 souvenirs in my room and they wanted to charge me over $20 to ship 8 ounces from NY to VA. Other than that, would recommend this hotel as one of the best I have ever stayed at. It was easily accessible to the subway. Clean on the outside. Great area and was not afraid to walk out alone. I do wish they would just send me my gifts that cannot be replaced. I would give this hotel overall at least a 4 star hotel.

A Disappointed Loyal customer
I arrived at the hotel and the air was not working. The engineer can and reset the ac. It appeared to work. I took a walk around Times Square. When I returned the room was hot. I called the front desk. They offer led two fans. The engineer returned to reset again to no avail. My wife suffers from asthma and the heat of a the room would be unbearable. I had to leave. The manage offered half off. What for a room that was unbearable? I was frustrated after paying over $400 for the room. The manager finally offered a full refund which I would expect nothing less. I have had enjoyment with double tree. I’m very disappointed. My family and my organization often select double tree. I was beside myself that nothing was offered to keep a dedicated customer. I hope someone reaches out to make this disappointing experience whole. I had to drive back to jersey with my family. A 2 hour drive at midnight. Very disappointed customer. Gabe 856-296-8751

It was ok, I wish the room came with a microwave or refrigerator, it had none! It was a wait for elevators but not horrible, prices for drinks n food in the restaurant were very high and not worth that price in my opinion.Ate there only one. Roof top Bar, was very nice, DJ was wonderful. I stayed 3 nights

A Nice Stay.
I had requested a room on the highest floor possible. I was put on the top floor, which was a nice surprise. I used the fitness center after check-in. It was very clean. It would have been nice if there were a few more attachments for the weight machine. My room was very clean. It showed a lot of wear and tear. The pillows were too big for my liking. I’m used to a flatter pillow so I didn’t sleep very well. The bed itself was amazing though. The room was quiet for the most part. The air conditioning made a loud thump when it turned on. That woke me up a few times during the night. There weren’t any working nice machines on my floor or two floors down. I stopped looking so I don’t know if the one on the 32nd floor was working or not.
