Great location!
Group of 4. As soon as we opened the room’s door we smelled mold. We had to ask front desk to send someone in to fix our tv which wasn’t working. One of our lamps also didn’t work so the room was pretty dark at times. Later on the day, we realized part of the carpet was wet and water was seeping through the wall. We asked to switch rooms but they were only able to switch us at 4pm on the next day. The hotel staff was nice, polite and helpful. They refunded me the fee we had to pay at the front desk when checking in. The new room was ok despite minor details. The hotel location is spectacular!
