清算済みなのにも関わらず、請求してきて(よくあるが)、その後の確認もあいまい。いい加減さが全面に出ているスタッフで、それが宿に出ている。・キッチンはあるけれどシンクがない（水がない、洗えない）・Wifiはつながらず、「一度リセットしてみて」と頼んでも対応なし・貴重品入れはベッド下に一応あるものの、金属製の箱のそれは錆ていて、中はごみと埃まみれで死んだゴキブリがいた・駅もバス停も近く、ロングストリートにも近いので立地だけはよい

safe and friendly

the locked gate was a nice touch when my friend and I were followed home from some aggressive bar patrons. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. they are thoughtful enough to have water and beer for sale in the lobby.

Great stay, great staff

I stayed at Forty8 for 5 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were always kept clean, even at full capacity. The kitchen was spacious and also a nice place to chill. The only thing I would recommend is to be able to play a different channel in the kitchen than in the reception area because the guys spent a lot of time watching soccer
