Close to the V&A
The hotel is really well appointed and a 5 minute walk to the lovely Waterfront and the V&A centre. It is inexpensive yet very smart with good sized rooms. The restaurant is quirky and the food very good. Staff are friendly and good natured

Good location, friendly staff. However I was a bit shocked to have come across some cockroaches when I switched on the light in the middle of the night. Awkward that there was there was no actual cupboard, but rather some hangers by the bathroom.

Signature Lux Onomo
The Cleaning Staff didn't clean our room properly. On arrival, no towels, toilet paper, etc. were provided. The Structural design of this Hotel, makes me wonder? Dry wall partitioning between adjacent bedrooms is not desirable for privacy and peace and quiet. If my Neighbour slams his door, it vibrates through the whole bedroom. Aircon's filter was dirty and a lack of fresh air was lacking........ Not even a proper chair to sit on. I don't want to keep lying on my bed most of the time. Overall, I've expected much better of a Hotel with this Star qualification. At least the staff were friendly.
