"The staff went out of their way to be helpful in arranging tours, transportation and recommendations of places to eat (all were excellent). Would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Hanoi!"
"The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. My room was nice and clean with all the usual amenities.
I also had breakfast included. There was a good range of hot and cold food including freshly made eggs and pho cooked on request.
Hotel is in a great location in the old quarter, walking distance to popular attractions such as the puppet show, lake and train street.
So far I have enjoyed my stay and will happily return.

"We booked the Lotus Boutique Hotel for three nights initially at the start of our Vietnam
family holiday. Travelling with a group of seven including a toddler of 21 months, two
rooms here were ideal.
The hotel organised an airport transfer for is at a very reasonable price. Jennie, the
manager could not be more accommodating, organising a street food tour which I highly recommend. She also organised our train tickets together with a cruise on Halong Bay.
We also had laundry done at a very reasonable price.
As far as value for money is concerned, we received outstanding value for money.
The breakfast was good, the wifi was very good.I highly recommend the Lotus Boutique
Hotel and would definitely return here if staying in Hanoi again. The location is
outstanding."
"The hotel was pretty much exactly as the pictures show. Breakfast was incredible, the staff were kind and helpful, and the spa, restaurants, and sky bar were wonderful. We paid for one of the cheapest rooms here, and while the actual room was modest in size and did not have much view, we thought we got a great value for the money (you can pay for a larger room if that'simportant). Location is right in Old Quarter with easy walkability. Airport transfer was simple even with a later arrival. "
