"Jimmi was so very helpful and excellent in his care and customer service and did everything to make my stay wonderful- booking tours, taxis etc which were perfect and didn’t require payment until I checked out. "It was the best decision to book this hotel. We were here for the first two nights of our Vietnam trip and the whole team was so nice and friendly! Especially Jimmy was our personal hero. He planned every trip for us and booked trains, busses and so on. Doesn’t matter which time, we could ask him and he helped us immediately.
When we came back from the north after one week we had to spend half a day in Hanoi again and they were so kind to store our luggage, we got towels to take a shower and got a free breakfast.
This was by far the best stay we had in Vietnam.
