Barjeel Heritage Guest House

A charming experience of Old Dubai that felt authentic. Delightful staff and good food. The breakfast is heavenly! Very convenient location. The only reason I didn't give an 'excellent' rating is that the bed was creaky and not as comfy as I'd like. That said, it was a lovely stay and I'd go back again.

I booked Barjeel Heritage Hotel. But they told me the hotel is full. They dropped me off at The St George Hotel Dubai. But The St George Hotels is terrible. It smells smoke and loud music through all night. The conditions is below 1 star hotels. Hotels.com should do better than this. I am very disappointed. I would like to request a refund for this booking.

Location was tops & staff were wonderful. Room comfortable except for air conditioning. Finally got it to work on last day of visit. Still inferior compared to other hotels I've stayed at. I had dinner at hotel restaurant & staff super but food not prepared properly. All was overcooked. They were kind enough to not charge me for starter.
