Wow! What an incredible experience. From arrival to departure, Atlantis The Royal lived up to its reputation as a world class hotel. The room was spacious with added amenities and a spectacular view of the Palm from the balcony. The pools were clean and had sun care products available around the vicinity. Breakfast at Gastronomy was overwhelming with options and nothing was too much. It’s definitely worth it to upgrade to the club lounge as tea, evening happy hour and drinks are included.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! Check-in was incredibly smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade what a way to start the trip. The property itself is jaw-droppingly beautiful; every corner is a masterpiece. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible service. The cleaning crew went above and beyond when I mentioned I wanted cold water, they immediately brought a mini refrigerator to my room without me even having to ask twice. Such thoughtful attention to detail! Dining was equally spectacular we had an unforgettable dinner at Carbone and enjoyed a perfect beachfront meal at Nobu. Both were 10/10 culinary experiences. I can't recommend Atlantis the Royal enough. We are already planning our return!

8/10 Very good

We stayed at Atlantis The Royal for a couple of nights and overall had a wonderful stay. It’s an architectural masterpiece, no doubt. Our room was gorgeous. Early check-in was really much appreciated. That said, both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Honestly, it could do with more front desk staff. Also, tiny thing, but no fresh milk in the room felt a bit off for a hotel at this level. It’s minor, but… it’s noticeable. The breakfast was a highlight, phenomenal, oysters, champagne… top quality. Restaurants were excellent too. The family pool was vibrant and fun, beach was peaceful and beautiful, and the water park access was a really nice bonus. Our disappointment was the Nobu by the beach pool… Too many external guests, some behavior and language just weren’t at the standard you’d expect for this level, and it did detract from the brand feel. We also noticed a slightly commercial vibe with a lot of retail and upselling, plus table service in the evenings lacked that, sort of one-to-one personal touch. Would we come back? Yes, with family. But we’d give that pool a miss. With a few tweaks around service and atmosphere, this place could be pretty close to perfect.
