This bustling mainstay in Coral Gables has a wide variety of popular independent boutiques. Bridals abound with the likes of posh Leggenda Bridal, Bellissima Designs or Creative Weddings, all of which offer elegant evening gowns besides signature selections for couples planning their big day.

For exquisite jewellery, JAE’s Jewelers presents fine timepieces alongside designer necklaces and rings. Other speciality spots range from oriental rug galleries to kitchen furniture stores.

When you need to escape the sun and head indoors for some air conditioning, drop into Miracle Marketplace, an excellent shopping mall at Miracle Mile’s midsection. A notable destination on its own, it houses department stores such as Nordstrom Rack and Marshalls, as well as a Hooters restaurant.

Where to eat and drink at Miracle Mile in Miami?

Your shopping adventures on Miracle Mile won’t leave you hungry, thanks to the eclectic mix of dining spots enabling you to refuel along the way. The strip has a range of restaurants, with curries, pizza and sushi on offer. You can also find cool spots serving Caribbean, Cuban, and Argentinian cuisines.

For hearty and authentic Italian, try Salumeria 104 with its nice ambience and selection of delicious meats and wines. Ortanique On the Mile is the go-to spot for Caribbean delights such as coconut braised lentils and palm salad. Drop by P.Pole Pizza if you want a quick and simple but hearty bite.

If you just want to freshen up with a drink, there’s the slick Copper 29 Bar with its creative and classic cocktails, along with small bites. Craft beers are the thing at the straightforwardly named The Bar, which also serves great burgers and wings.

What else can you do on Miracle Mile?

Even if you aren’t heading up there to shop or dine, The Mile, as it’s locally known, is simply a great place for a stroll in Miami – just one of the rights of passage for any visitor to The Magic City. You can pick up some fresh-baked bagels, sit under the palm trees, and watch the world go by.

You should consider getting a ticket to a musical or drama at the Actors’ Playhouse, located in the historic Miracle Theatre. The Coral Gables Art Cinema screens indie flicks, with an onsite cafe serving alcoholic drinks.

A short detour north off Miracle Mile, the Coral Gables Museum is worth a stop. It features a seasonal farmers market and the annual Artisan Food Fest. If you’re an art buff, check out the galleries along Ponce de Leon Boulevard. Visit on the first Friday of every month to enjoy extended gallery nights.

You can reach Coral Gables and Miracle Mile from Downtown Miami by hopping on the Metrorail or Metrobus. Coral Gables also has a free transport option known as the Coral Gables Trolley, making it even easier to explore the upscale area if you don’t want to drive.
