Had a fabulous stay. We had two rooms booked and both were upgraded on arrival to Tresor Junior Suites. Staff all very helpful. Rooms clean. More umbrellas needed at the pool - needed to be there early to get one. It was expensive - $22 for a non-alcoholic smoothie! - but that’s Miami for you.

We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend for my birthday. We were upgraded to a corner suite at the Sorrento tower. This one bedroom suite was spacious, clean and had gorgeous views over the beach and ocean and the pool area. All staff was great and friendly. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!

I didn’t realize how big the hotel is, but it is gorgeous! Check in and check out is very organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and it was delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they look modern and well kept. We asked for extra towels and shampoo, and they were so generous! We would definitely stay there again

Hotel is new, clean and massive, with lots of good restaurants and pools. However, seems that the infrastructure isn't built to support busy days (Passover/Easter week): we ended up waiting 15-20 min for elevators (Tresor tower), there were never enough towels available at the poolside, etc.

Large resort with a ton of outdoor amenities. Food is great. Staff is helpful. Always felt safe even when my kids were nowhere to be seen. I do wish they had a standard volleyball court or something of that nature for the more athletic teens, the kids slide just doesn’t do it for them. Otherwise it was a fabulous trip.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and timely. Didn't get a chance to utilize all the amenities like the pool or.gym but they looked good. They need to add a microwave in the lobby area and coffee machines in the rooms

Beautiful, classy property with direct access to the beach and multiple pools. Staff is ready to serve you and make you feel welcome. However, the beach is full of seaweed therefore I did not get into the water and I am assuming other guests felt the same because the pools were packed and there were no seats available besides the beds which cost $400-$700 to rent. Besides that, I loved everything else. Room was spacious for 4 people and well maintained.

The room was clean and well maintained, although the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. The staff at the pool were helpful. Pool area needs more umbrellas. Expect to pay a lot for any extras - food, beach umbrellas, etc - and remember that a service charge is added to everything....even your take out coffee.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Fontainebleau. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from a luxury property. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not reflect that same standard. The hallways were dirty, with trash left out and debris on the floors. Even more concerning, basic maintenance seemed neglected — signage was falling off the walls and an exit sign was left sitting on the floor, which felt both unprofessional and unsafe. The elevators were another major issue, with wait times reaching up to 20 minutes at times. On top of that, there was no control in the hallways late at night — children were running and screaming around 1 AM, and there was no visible security or staff addressing the situation. Overall, while the rooms are nice, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and oversight throughout the property really took away from the experience.

Wonderful hotel with great facilities. Nice pools, bars and restaurants. We had an excellent and comfortable apartment with a full kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. We had a breakfast buffet only on the first morning and it was wonderful, one of the best I ever had. But then someone decided to cancel the buffet and for the rest of our stay gave us ala carte breakfast but with a limited amount to spend. We could get only one meal and a dessert for that amount and had to wait much longer. That was a terrible decision by the management. Another downside is taking a deposit. I gave my credit card, why do they insist on charging a deposit? We had to wait for more than one month to get our money back. Don't understand that hotel policy. So if I summarise, it's a wonderful hotel in an excellent location and with great staff but with some bad rules and decisions by the management.
