"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. "Arrived early and was able to check in. Process is fast and service is good. Front desk staff is very helpful. Room is clean and housekeeping does a good job maintaining that level of cleanliness every day. Good breakfast spread and service is once again good. Lunch at the cafe and dinner at the rooftop bar is so-so. There are better options away from the hotel that is cheaper and of better quality. "
