"We had an excellent trip and would absolutely recommend this resort for couples. It really is a great place to relax, enjoy each other, and have a fun, easy vacation without feeling like you have to overthink anything.
The staff was one of the best parts of the entire experience. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Most of the staff spoke solid English, and even in the moments when there was a little language barrier, it honestly made the experience more fun. It was a great opportunity to practice a little Spanish, and everyone was patient, kind, and had a great attitude.
The food was also above average, especially for an all-inclusive resort. One thing they do really well is making sure food and drinks are available everywhere. It felt like every few steps there was something to grab, whether it was a snack, a meal, or a drink. That made the whole trip feel very convenient and relaxing.
Housekeeping was excellent as well. The rooms were kept clean, refreshed, and comfortable, and the overall property was well maintained. It’s honestly hard to find many things to be picky about.
One big recommendation: **do the activities.** The activity staff is amazing and really adds a lot of energy to the resort. They are fun, friendly, and make it easy to get involved without feeling pressured. Big shoutout to Angel, also known as Brown Sugar. Super cool guy and definitely one of the highlights of the trip."
