The hotel was conveniently located to be able to walk to restaurant, shops and the beach. It was in a quiet safe area with nice staff.

Good place to stay outside of Santa Barbra . We are also able to go to Solvang , Los Olivos from this location. Carpenteria: small city with a lot to offer !!

The property and the room was very well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Good for a motel 6. My only complaint is with the pipes, we could hear loudly every time someone opened the faucet or the shower in the room above or next to us. Luckily, nobody showered in the middle of the night.
