I went through an online service. When checking in, I had to pay a $100.00 deposit for incidentals, the only incidental was a bottle of water, which I did not drink. If you are going to charge a $100 deposit, just be up-front and factual. I still have no idea why I had to pay deposit. Especially when the room was paid in full, before checking in.

Pleasantly Surprised!!
We stayed at the Signature Inn as a little getaway and going to a concert at the Acrisure Arena. I originally booked because it offered breakfast, a pool and hot tub, and was close to the venue. To be completely honest, I really did not have high expectations going in, but I was gladly proven wrong. First the room: It was spacious and smelled very clean. THE BATHROOM!!! OH THE BATHROOM!!! It was SOOO Nice to have a huge bathroom with ample counterspace and a lot of lighting. I went with my 19 year old daughter and we both had enough space to do our hair/makeup at the same time without getting in each others way. We're both not really breakfast eaters but as long as i have my coffee, thats all i need. I was expecting a small "toast and oatmeal" type of breakfast, but this spread was AH-MAZING. Bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, toast, oatmeal, Danishes, and fruit the first day, And sausages and biscuits and gravy the next. I would probably come back just for the breakfast. It is very close to the Fantasy Springs Casino and other restaurants and stores. Coming from just a short drive from LA, I dont really visit the Palm Springs / Indio area much, but the next time I do, I will definitely be staying here again.

Room was decent but there were huge gaps in the door of the room i stayed in. Neighbor smoking weed rightnoutside of the door drafted into the room. Might as well have had the door open. Room looks modern but bathroom could use some serious love. Lobby area was up to date and looked like they were working on updating some rooms

Don’t stay here with kids.
The building itself was so loud. I guess we were next to the kitchen. I hardly slept along with my baby girl. Then they were bothering us asking if we were leaving and it was only 11:05. Check out is at noon. I asked for a room with a king size bed and received two queens.
