We had a nice stay in a clean, quiet room. The in room fridge kept our drinks cold and the breakfast was very good as well. I liked the ceramic coffee mugs instead of disposable for the in room coffee. We like staying here when we attend concerts down the street so we can walk to and from to avoid the congestion.

This place was perfect location for our stay. Very close to Concord pavilion. Safe, clean. The staff is great. The only reason for the not excellent review is that the bed was really not great-mushy with a slope tword the middle- hard to get a good nights sleep.

Scammers in Concord
These folks are running a scam. Agreed to a 108 price with hotels.com the property immediately called and said it was an error they were sold out but they could upgrade me to a fancier room at a rate of 125 TOTAL. IT WAS SPECIFIED. They then proceeded to charge me nearly $400 at check-in and at checkout guaranteed me that all the funds would be straightened out. In the end they charge me $151 for the room and I am left feeling robbed. PS crap room hot tub was out of order lol terrible people I asked them in person to refund me just the $25 and they refused and smiled at me when they told me that I could dispute the charge but that they would win. I want these people out of my town

The people there are responsive and super nice. However, our room lacked light bulbs in the lamps, and the hotel, generally, was a bit run down for the price. We also could not find parking when we returned after an evening out. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of restaurants nearby
