This hotel was an amazing family choice for us during our Yosemite stay. It is actually about an hour and fifteen minutes from Yosemite but was close to the Sugar Pine Railroad and Yosemite Archery activities. My children loved the room, the play area, the pool and the restaurant that's onsite. The staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly. I loved that it was close to everything in Oakhurst, we didn't mind the drive to Yosemite and loved that it was only an hour away from Fresno airport.

Great family and pet-friendly place to stay
It was a great place to stay. The room itself had a family suite consisting of two double beds which had its own door and another queen bed not enclosed. The view to the garden was nice as well. Family friendly place with good breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. The front desk especially is very accommodating and receptive to guests needs. Highly recommend the stay here. They do have a jacuzzi and pool and multiple garden spaces which are pet -friendly.

Beautiful rustic but with all the comforts of home. We'll be going back for sure. Can't believe we didn't know this little hidden gem was there the whole time.

The best thing about this property is the staff, extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and there are a lot of places to let your dog potty. The outdoor hot tub is probably the nicest I've enjoyed in any hotel, regardless of price point. Complementary breakfast was first-rate.
The rooms are tired and in need of a re-do. The carpet in ours definitely needed replacing, hopefully they put in a hard surface floor.
I didn't realize how far Oakhurst is from the Yosemite valley, about an hour away to the main park entrance.

We liked that this hotel had more local charm than some of the newer hotels in the area, but was still a large hotel with all the amenities. Our room was right on the front of the property, but some of the units are way back on hillsides so you might need to walk up/down some hills. The bathroom was really nice - must have been remodeled recently. The restaurant next the hotel had a great breakfast, included with stay - much better than most hotels with continental breakfast only.

I was surprised of Best western hotel, I felt I was staying at motel 6. Too expensive for the room I stayed at for $415 the hotel looked so cheap. It was my husband’s birthday we were both disappointed.
