"The location and property was perfect for our visit to the city. Our room wasn’t quite ready for us when we arrived but parking our vehicle and bringing our bags to the lobby was enough time to get our key card and get our stay in action. Room was decent in south tower, Starbucks in lobby was very nice for the next morning too. The only issue was getting an elevator to check out! Literally waited for 12 minutes to finally squeeze into an elevator that stopped on almost every floor on the way down. (22 floors) one of us ended up taking the stairs."

"We stayed for two nights before our cruise. Nadhi was incredibly pleasant the entire time and very helpful when we arrived early. Our A/C unit stopped working hike we were out and our housekeeping attendant noted it as we arrived back. Maintenance had already been called and the arrived in less than 10 minutes to fix it. The location felt safe and there were plenty of restaurants to walk to. We were about a $10 Uber to many other areas of the city (depending on demand) and a block from the Big Bus Tour stop. I’d recommend this location and hotel to others going to Vancouver."

"A decent place to stay although a VERY busy location due to the cruise ships. Lots of families with small screaming children. For my husband and I I would probably select a quieter hotel because we didn’t need to be close to waterfront. Enjoyed the bikes around Stanley park but go early as it gets busy after 10. The ARC bar was quite nice but again you can hear unruly children throughout the day."
