Great place, super clean and easy to find/check-in. The staff was very polite and responsive. I appreciated the detailed instructions on how to use the utilities, plus the good-quality coffee - the umbrella came in super handy. Having on-site laundry was very helpful as well! I would definitely love to stay here again and highly suggest it for anybody staying for a couple weeks to a month.

Excellent spacious apartment hotel. Clean and modern interior, including very comfy bed with quality linens and pillows, well equipped kitchen and fridge, and even a washer and dryer in the unit. Bathroom is modern and clean, shower has adequately hot water temperature and strong flow rate. Only downside is the proximity to Chinatown and East Hastings - lots of homeless wandering around. Recommend calling Uber/Lyft for pickup …. Would not suggest walking around neighborhood, especially in the evening.
