Vacation that keeps you on your toes
Our stay was fine. The location right smack at the middle of downtown is perfect. The staff was very courteous and responsive. The one thing that bothered us was that the hotel requires a 24 hour notice for a request to clean the room (we stayed for 4 days and there is no regular room service). So - if you forgot to order it in the morning before you leave for the day you will have to wait an extra day. We ended up not getting any room service during our stay. You really do not go on a vacation to manage the hotel basic services!

Excellent experience
I just returned from a solo 3-night stay at the Hilton Vancouver Downtown and was pleased with all aspects of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and customer-focused. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The two TVs worked perfectly, the shower spray was strong, and the bed was sufficiently firm. I never heard a peep from the hallway or nearby rooms. And of course the location is ideal for exploring and dining. I'll be returning.

Great management and staff
Had a great night, we had a leak in our room, and were changed into and unfortunately smaller suite. I mentioned the size change to the night manager and she comped us all hot breakfast in the morning, I was pleased. Staff is extremely friendly . Clean hotel. Great location.

It's a nice, modern, clean hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything. Employees are friendly. It's unfortunate that room service wasn't available all day and there's no information about that online. The pillows are so flat and uncomfortable. And there were red mold/mildew stains on the shower curtains.
