Comfy Stay
We had a pleasant 3 night stay. There was a minor glitch with our room as it wasn’t ready. Staff was friendly and helpful and we were promptly given a new room. We had a nice view of the Harbour and were close to the seawall walk. Stanley Park was a short walk away and Canada Place a short distance in the other direction. They have a nice gym. It was a bit too cool for us for the outdoor pool and hot tub. There are 2 restaurants right beside the hotel.

Great welcome from Taylor. Lovely room and very comfortable bed. Only slight criticism would be that the water in the shower was warm rather than hot. Good location for the cruise terminal and walking by the water.

Perfect Location
The hotel is located in the perfect spot. We only had to take the bus a couple of times and the rest we were able to walk to do everything we wanted to do. The waterfront was a 3 minute walk away so we grabbed a delicious breakfast and went for many walks along the waterfront. Our housekeepers were wonderful. We came back from long days of doing activities to a sparkling clean room. I was never disappointed by any of the wonderful staff members.

Room was like every other hotel room, clean, bed and pillows were really comfy (Normally I bring my own pillow but these ones were great). The view over coal harbour was beautiful. The only thing to complain about was over priced parking $43 a night is crazy to park for a night

Eco friendly hotel close to everything
Nice hotel. Good location. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub are a good temp to use outside. Fitness center is in good shape. Was a good spot to walk to everything. I'd stay here again. Price was right as well. Only issues I found was that the room key kept demagnetizing, and initially hotels.com said there was an airport shuttle, which has since been cancelled so we had to Uber to the airport.
