The walls are super thin apparently so we heard toilets flushing and what sounding like elephants in the room above us. We heard doors shutting also and were woken up around 615am but our upstairs neighbors talking and walking around their room.

Noisy, shower was so powerful you almost couldn’t use it, needed a toaster as the one in the room was broke but I guess that was too much to ask as we never got one. Disappointed
The hotel is fairly new and in a great, central location. However, we were supposed to have our room serviced every other day. We were there for 4 nights and not once did housekeeping come in and clean the room. We even asked housekeeping when we left our room to please clean the room and no one ever showed up. Very disappointing. The breakfast that was included with the room was very poor quality food and we were not even able to eat it.
