I have stayed here before, while the location is amazing for the price I paid I have to complain about the staff and WiFi.
It was not a cheap place to stay, but the wi-fi was awful. Speaking to the staff to ask about this, the reason I got was really poor, almost like I had to accept it with no alternatives given at all.
Also before my stay I called up the hotel, and asked about dogs, while Expedia do state its dog friendly, it doesn’t mention or give the hotel an option to specify which rooms will be dog friendly. When I spoke to a member of staff about this, I was met we a very cold and blunt member of staff, she actually had to apologise For her demeanour. I think really though is Expedia’s fault, but the frosty reception is not anyone’s fault but the hotels
