Weekend break
Really disappointing 2nd stay at this hotel, stayed here 2 months ago and the room was lovely, very modern and what you expect for £200 per night, what we got this time was the other end of the scale. Broken tiles in the bathroom, tooth pick on the floor from the last guest, flexible shower broken, the main shower went from hot to cold, then hot then cold, the bedroom furniture had cracks and chunks out of it, the mirror was very old and had the look of being filthy, but it was just the age. The worst thing thing for us On the Saturday night we got back at 11pm after a show and all we wanted was a drink before bed, the hotel had rented the bar out to a private function and we couldn’t get a drink, we were sent downstairs with approx 30 other people and were refused a drink from the restaurant as they “ didn’t have a license to serve us” Really disappointing and when checking out we made them aware and there was little interest. We also highlighted everything above in another feedback request and got no response from the hotel
