David and Kanley were wonderful hosts. Beautiful location in an informal setting, freshly prepared breakfast, especially loved the fresh fruit and the omelette. Lots of chat around the breakfast table with both hosts and guests. Good to meet guests from abroad as I'm from Wales, a part of the UK. The gentleman who helped with breakfast on Friday and Saturday, sorry, but I can't remember your name, you were very entertaining reminding me that it was a little like Fawlty Towers. The little roof garden was very tranquil and a lovely space to spend some quiet time. Kanley has very green fingers, the pots and plants were absolutely beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning especially if I get Wimbledon tickets again next year. Many thanks Jane Betty

We really enjoyed our stay this week. The staff are so friendly and can t do enough for you and it is located two minutes from both Vauxhall stations and 5 minutes from the Thames embankment. An ideal base and highly recommended.

Excellent stay at 69TheGrove. The location in Vauxhall is unbeatable for access to public transport and local venues like Brixton. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful with an early arrival. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious and cooked to order, providing a much more personal touch than your average hotel. A perfect, tranquil base for a London visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to a subway station, and central London is also only about a 30-minute walk away (Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Hyde Park, etc.). The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was very good (full English breakfast, omelettes, toast, cereals, fresh fruit, etc.). Our king-size bed was comfortable. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is expected for central London, and this wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, it’s great value for the price, and we would return without hesitation.

As a solo traveler, this was such a great place to stay. The room was very clean, the staff and owner were great, and the shower was a good size. The breakfast was very tasty and I liked how they offer a variety of options. I am also a person that likes a certain water pressure for the shower and the pressure was perfect!
