Compact, clean, quick check in and out
I stayed in Zedwell for one night in a single room. It’s a really great central location, the room was small and had no window but I didn’t mind as I was mostly out. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. Had no interaction with staff as I used the tablets in the lobby to check in and out. Overall I would definitely recommend if you just need a central spot to lay your head for a couple of nights.

Must try and you will love it !
Its location is marvellous , the design and ambience is good for travellers / tourists having sleep difficulties . Check in and check out process is fast and easy . Staff is meticulous.

Not my style
If all that counts is location this place works. If you stay in hostels this is an upgrade. If you stay in Hotels this is a major downgrade. The room is big enough to change your mind but not much else. They must know how small they are because you don’t even get a cup there, let alone something like Kleenex. The bed is a platform futon that if you sit on it, you are doing a yoga moment with knees high. It is clean, quiet and very dark at night with no windows but that is not enough to get me to want to stay there again, ever.

Rooms too basic for the money charged. No hsirdryers in rooms & none available to rent. Late night reception staff were rude & when I asked how many hair dryers they have available ( to rent at £10!!) the reply was “ not enough, what do you want me to do about it?”. Poor value for money & z hotels are better value

Super disappointing
No room allocated to me on arrival, I was finally told only an accessible room was available so I had no option but to accept. When I got to the room there was literally a single bed in the middle of the room with one pillow - no side table, no extra pillow, nowhere to put my bag or things. So I had to put everything on the floor!? Not happy to be put in this position when I booked and paid (top rate!) ahead of my stay.
