I stayed here with my family (with two kids under 5) The hotel was in really good location close to everything. The only one complain we had was there were no AC in the hotel rooms…we had a hard time sleeping and during day the room can get really hot. Would not come back here during summer due to no AC..but winter absolutely, other than that the hotel was really good. Too bad no AC.

Hotel does what it needs to do. It’s clean and tidy. Breakfast area a bit like a canteen. It could do with a better pub as the London pub is not relaxing to sit in after a long day out walking and is aimed at the younger generation. Could do with another bar for guests that would like to relax.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were all lovely, very helpful and quick to help too. If you stay when the weather is warm, ask for a fan at check in (don’t wait too you get to your room) - our room had no aircon or fan so was absolutely roasting. Don’t think most other rooms had either. The staff brought a fan to us when we called reception from the room. We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food etc.

This was a great hotel if you are traveling by train. 10 minutes walk to Eustin or St. Pancras. Older hotel and does not have air conditioning. You can get a fan on request. We were there during a few school trips which made it busy at breakfast and a bit loud in the evening. The staff were great and helpful navigating the kids
