This hotel is fun and funky. We like to stay here when we are passing through Villahermosa. There's a lot to look at and explore within the hotel. The staff are very friendly and professional. The restaurant food is decent enough.

A lovely, grand hotel with gorgeous inner courtyard filled with hanging plants. The rooms, however comfortable, are tired and needing a bit of updating. That being said, parking was secure, our pooch had a good place to do her business, and we could walk 12 minutes to a mall where we had beers and dinner at Beer Box.

The room & front desk staff are great. The kitchen staff can NOT cook steak. Go some place else. The hotel is dated, but has beautiful architecture throughout. The water preasure is horrible and it is beside a busy street, so noisy.

Un buen hotel, a pie de carretera principal, no te desvía...la relación costo-beneficio buena, aunque el diseño está pasado de moda, tiene plancha y secadora además levanta mucho que sea PET friendly con costo extra muy accesible, el desayuno de cortesía sencillo pero te hace iniciar el día con una sonrisa...la atención muy amable de los empleados...lo recomiendo ampliamente y si regresare.

Un hotel con un lobby hermoso, la habitación limpia pero muy reducida, nos tocó en el 5to piso habitación 508, donde había un tragaluz de lámina que nos interrumpió el descanso por entrar la claridad a temprana hora, espero que me hayan dado está habitación por qué iba con mi mascota pero aún así muy reducido para el tipo de muebles que tienen, y la presión del agua en la regadera pésima
