Great place for Families
Had a really nice stay. The entire staff really went above and beyond to make the trip special. Food was decent and the reservation restaurants were really good. The churreria was probably our favorite.

Bad Experience :(
We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights with my wife and my 2 sons (ages 6 and 4). The hotel is new and very nice; beach is nothing great (full of stones) but the worst part is that at night 5 we realized we got robbed from our bedroom. According to what the hotel staff told us and after carefully reviewing the security cameras, the hotel staff confirmed the cleaning/maintenance staff (water guy) came into our room (while we were away at the beach) and stole all my wife's credit cards from her wallet inside her purse. We realized 2 nights after when we started seeing unreasonable credit card charges in Mexico that we never did. It was such a horrible experience. We had to call our banks in the US, cancel all CC, etc. Not really the experience you would like to have when you are on a family vacation. I wish the hotel staff did something for us. Apart from apologies we're still awaiting for Hilton's staff response and until now we did not receive any news from the staff, Hilton or the hotel owners. This is not the service you expect from a 5-star Hilton hotel.

The hotel is new, everything is perfectly balanced with modern and spacious accommodations and amenities that fit within the lush green natural surrounding. Customer care absolutely top notch. You can feel you are taken care of and they add a personal friendly touch. Great food, buffet and a la carte, can’t go wrong. A la carte wines ( extra charge ) were great but included ones didn’t meet my expectations at all. Good alcohol included but a lot of good/normal spirits were extra charged, to me that doesn’t make much sense. They managed everything with a simple and working web app, you can reserve dinner there. Entertainment it’s ok. It’s fun but limited and nothing that blowed my mind. 10:30 it’s all done. Family oriented. Not for solo. I could hear my neighbours singing and going to the toilet, quite literally. I was praying every night they would go to bed before me. It is unreal that a room is so poorly sound proofed in a 5 stars hotel. Beach is man made and sand tends to disappear. You need shoes to enter the water as it’s full of quite dangerous as well rocks, not enjoyable. It doesn’t scale well imo , at full capacity hot water and internet was off for a big half day, I found that terrible. And last but not least you are in the middle of nowhere and taxi to the town cost you a ridiculous amount of dollars. I booked my 7 nights with a decent price, loved the stay but I wouldn’t pay $700/800 a night for it.It’s just not worth that. Sorry

Beautiful resort, but need improvements on the service. Room service wait was one hour and 30 minutes. The buffet closed earlier, and there were not many selections available No kid’s section for pizza, fries, Nutella etc. the stuff really tried to make it work, unfortunately I wasn’t satisfied

The property was beautiful but their service to customers was very slow especially the room service. The buffet food choice was limited and not enough variety. No beach. The beach access was very small. The pictures are deceiving. I will never go back there again.
