Amazing hotel
What a wonderful place to stay. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were excellent at every turn from the valet car service, reception desk, club lounge and main dining room! The location is great from shopping and dining (lots of options). This is now my go to hotel in Guadalajara!!

Property is in a great location and has a great gym. Nicest hotel gym I’ve ever seen-front desk is amazing and very clean. One gripe-young staff waiting on you at breakfast could use better training. Once the first cup of coffee is poured they never return back. Follow up follow up and this can be corrected. Overall-it is a fantastic place to stay
