Lovely hotel stayed for 1 night in a twin room... very spacious and comfortable. Idwal location for us as we were not looking to stay in the middle of blackpool bit only a short tram away

Easy to park outside. Able to leave the bags with them before checking in. Friendly staff Room was clean. Curtains just covered the window. Compact bathroom. Carpet a bit stained but not a recent stain. It was good for the price we paid and for an overnight stay. Nothing really bad

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL

The toilet didnt flush at all we spend 3 days with the same piss in the toilet because they couldnt be bothered to come fix it and they wouldnt change our rooms and not to mention the radiators were on 24/7 no matter the wheather will never be using this hotel ever again, there was also never anybody at reception other then when we first arrived.

Nice hotel

Hotel is budget priced, but its not budget feel. Its well situated at starrgate end, so its quiet but just a short tram ride into heart of blackpool. Rooms are very spacious,lift to all floors,free parking in front and on street behind.

Absolute 10/10 for customer service! All people I had come into contact with at reception were ever so friendly, polite, welcoming & went out of their way to help you! Seaview literally was a sea view. The tram stop was directly opposite the hotel. The chef was good & I enjoyed my meal even eating more than I usually would. The road in front was busy but what do you expect with such proximity to the sea.? The lights were on which added to the enjoyment & i would stay there again despite a rather chilly shower (maybe I’m just best but I like a warm to hot shower). All in all a good hotel

Great place to relax away from the centre and across from the beach, staff are nice and helpful, great location and I recommend going to the Arminian kebab shop and Dunes cafe for food and boss haircuts for a trim, there all a 5 minute walk away. Thanks for a pleasant stay 👍
