Away on business for one night, this hotel is perfect. Friendly staff on reception that offered an upgrade, the room was immaculate with great views over the river thames. Pool and spa facilities are really relaxing. The bar staff were attentive, the food arrived fast and was lovely, also at reasonable price. Will definitely return.

Week away for the parents
We went for a weeks vacation to see the sites and enjoy the food in London. Our kids are in college so it was a perfect time to get away for the two of us. The hotel was the perfect location to be able to walk to a lot of attractions. The tube stations were also very conveniently located near the hotel. The concierge desk made fantastic recommendations for food choices.

The service here is amazing. The concierge was superb and the reception team were always great. Rooms were good standard but family room had a sofa bed instead of 2 queens which is what we expected for the money. General sleep quality for everyone was poor as beds in general were uncomfortable.
