Holiday Inn Express London - Earl's Court
Family friendly, accommodating, amazing breakfast
The staff were very accommodating. We saw staff and management work tirelessly to ensure many people with food allergies, mobility limitations and so forth had everything they needed and more. They allowed us an unscheduled late check out for no charge because of an issue my spouse had when picking up our hire care delayed us being able to leave on time. The area it is located is a little run down, but there are some hidden gems in terms of food (Best Mangal II, Crepe Factory, fruit markets). The pillows weren’t very comfortable. That was the only small con in a long list of pros. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Perfect location, quality, service for us!
We had such an amazing time- we came for a brief stay in Paris, and this was exactly what we wanted and needed. Close to the Gard du Nord train station, to the major sites in town (and even a Starbucks across the street). Most of all, the SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Merci!

Good hotel, not so good area.
The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast is great. The only downside is the location. The area (which is more West Kensington than Earl’s Court) is a bit run down and we saw a few groups of undesirable hanging around in the evening. It is handy for the district line though.

We had a great time in London. Hotel was ideal to visit Stamford Bridge & close to tube station. Staff were all really pleasant & helpful. Great selection at breakfast. If & when we return to London would definitely stay here again. Would recommend hotel to family and friends 👍
