The shower was poorly maintained: the shower head and the base of the glass enclosure appeared unhygienic. Accessing the curtains required climbing over the single bed. The hotel itself was adequate, and the reception staff were extremely helpful. Their knowledge of the overground and underground services was satisfactory. It was, however, not without shortcomings. The hotel's location is off the beaten track; I would have preferred to be closer to the centre.
