I stayed multiple times over the past years due to the location on my business trips and the friendliness of the owner. The room i stay in is very small and you can hardly manoeuvre around, but that's ok for me as only staying over night. The room needs a lot of TLC. Small things are done as and when and it is ok overall with all key needs being met. Most recently i have noticed that cleaning is slipping, such as dirt on the floor, hairs in the shower and items not cleaned up behind the bin. The curtains and decorative cushion also need a wash for months... which is a bit disappointing. I was hoping to catch the owner before check-out to ket her know but had to leave before the reception was staffed.

The hotel is very simple and small. It is only good for sleeping and showering. The big advantage is that it is well located. Next to Paddington station and bars. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. There is no minibar.

Location of the property is marvellous. It is so close to the Paddington station so going everywhere is very convenient. The staff of the property are fantastic and helpful. Although the sound proof is not great but it is very quiet during sleep time. The room is small but has everything we need.

Ok, it's not a state of the art new room, but it's cozy and did the job for the time we were there. The absolute plus with the hotel was the staff! They were amazing and do caring, so we'll definitely booking in this hotel again in the future.
