Great all inclusive in a beautiful Location
Great experience. Attentive staff, friendly and good food. Great trip all around. Resort is in great shape. They did a great job fixing it up post hurricane. Stairs to beach are still out but you can get down and up with a little jump.

Resort was very clean. We were not greeted immediately upon arrival and were unsure where to go. Then we were not provided instructions on basic things like how to order room service or the silly manual process of reservations for dinner. We were not shown where our room was. The bell man took our luggage last minute and then showed up a few minutes later to deliver it- when at that point, we could have just taken it to our room ourselves and avoided the need for a “tip”. The restaurant reservation system is ridiculous. You can order room service on your TV- but you have to physically go see the concierge at 9 AM, wait in line, they take your info, then call someone else for a confirmation number and then give you a piece of paper for your reservation time that’s required when you check in. Even then - we were only there for two nights- and could not get reservations because people book their entire week on their first morning. We attended the Landshark that was supposed to be casual informal attire and were turned away due to tank tops. But yet the JWB Steakhouse is a formal wear and there were people wearing flashy shorts and tie die Tshirts. The service was great at JWB and the lobby bar. But very slow at the buffet. Over all, nice resort and about what I’d expect for the sale price we paid. It would get repetitive for food for a full weeks stay.

RELAXING RESORT!
I absolutely loved this resort! The food, the location, the ambiance! Its all great! 24 hour room service and the food is great! I loved the salmon! They have a great selection of food! The buffet was great as well! And the breakfast in the morning is to die for! Our server Jorge was the best! He works the buffet and sometimes the bar! He needs a promotion! Also our concierge Abel was great also! Overall I had a great experience at this resort, I would definitely recommend it!

The property is new or remodeled, yet it has no beach access , so no blue clear waters… theirs no night entertainment.. no bars or clubs or shows at night after 9 pm everything is close including food theirs nothing to eat no snack bar, the pools are small, bartender need more experience doing drinks… because they suck drinks are watered down… theirs low staffing so you’ll be waiting hour for drinks or on the day snack bar… also it say is it’s all inclusive but the mini bar in the room doesn’t have anything the resort provides you with points for your stay and you can go to the small store they have and change them for drinks sodas waters chips etc but once you run out theirs no more points you need to pay for the waters, sodas and beer so it’s not all inclusive… theirs only one buffet no variety of food every thing very simple and no gluten free food.. I say save your money and stay somewhere else !! You’ll be bored in this resort honestly… I should have listen to the reviews don’t do the same mistake my husband and I made 🙁😕🙁😕

Margaritaville was the best experience ever. It was very relaxing, quiet and overall a great experience. We had some resort credits and wanted to use them for the spa and it was a big ordeal, that would be the only hiccup I had. Overall it was a great stay and we still got spa services and the spa staff was amazing. 🤗 8.5/10

my friend & I loved it here! the food was good, the drinks were great, the staff was nice. our fav place to eat was landshark, the SOS bar, the steakhouse place & easy access room service. we were able to order room service on our TV!!! everything was convenient. only thing is I wish the pools stayed open a litttttle bit longer than 8p.

A nice place, but very quiet the majority of the time. There were no shows nightly like most big resorts and the mini bar situation was dreadful as you have to use your points to go buy liquor/anything. We only had enough pts to buy 1 pint of tequila, 2 bags of Cheetos and 2 cans of pop. That was VERY skimpy for two people in a room and 4 days! No beach area either which was weird.
