Front desk slow
Took a lot of time to check in. When we arrived only 1 person at front desk checking in guests, and another doing nothing to help the long line of guests waiting. He was busy doing something else in the computer. Finally he ask another person to come out and help.

Nothing special and expensive for mexico
The bed was comfortable, the pool and gym were great. Staff were not very friendly, nor accommodating. There was no more conditioner in our bathroom, the walls were marked and stained in the bedroom, which was surprising for a Hilton chain. Conveniently located and shuttle is quick to the airport so it’s great for a morning flight but wouldn’t come back. Food at the restaurant was average at best and expensive and the breakfast is $19 dollars! Underwhelming overall!

Sad
Considering the price it was very poor, only things they had going for themselves was vicinity to airport, excellent staff, good restaurant food, everything else was lacking for a Hilton. Shower hardly had water coming out of head, floor of shower is nonslip but dirty, basic bathroom amenities, no tissues in their tissue box. No sound proofing so noise very bad. They are doing some renovation's. Very minimalist.

Very disappointed
We ordered a room of 4 with 2 queen bads, but, it felt like twin. The room was dirty resulting our feet become black. The ac made a lot of noise and there was a rambeling in the vents. When we got to the staff and asked for a selution we were suggested to change a room which was as clean as ours. There was one guy that helped us and even cleaned the room to make sure we are good (holefully the cleaners can learn from Carlos and maybe the rest of the staff to make much better experience). The breakfest was very pure, definetally not suitable for 25 USD. To sum up, it might seem like this review is based on golden standarts. However this standarts were set by the Hilton hotels net world wide. Not a typical Hilton hotel.
