beautiful and calming ambience - architecture and interior desing is outstanding - the whole resort feels like a spa - the service is excellent - everyone incredibly friendly - Nizuc might be eligble to be crowned to one or even the of best resorts of the region - the restaurant food is not as great as its price might let you think though - it is ok but certainly nothing exceptional - nontheless - if you are looking for an exceptional and truly indulgent stay - Punta Nizuc Resport is the place to go

Amazing ocean front resort w/ private beach.
Amazing property and architectural design located on ocean front private beach. Beautiful setting and choice of dining on site with variety of styles from around the world. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The lodging at the resort is spread out in several buildings and property is well manicured, you don’t feel crowded. Adult and family pool and beaches. Golf carts running between facilities any time for your convenience. The spa was amazing and recommend the hydro experience there. The price is matched with excellent quality and service.

EVERYTHING IS CHARGED
The resort is in excellent condition. Beautiful. Good food. BUT EVERYTHING must paid for. Not a single drop of free water. They just dont offer it. none of the restaurants ofer, The pool side , beach side, do not offer. Considering the hotel rate, you'd think water will be free. The room gives free water that is 200ml in size. The service is good . The front desk / check in staff has to be better. The golf cart service is excellent and all the drivers are careful and friendly.

If money is no object for you, this place is a fantastic choice. If the room price is a stretch for you and you're staying for more than a couple of days, you might consider somewhere else. The property itself is spectacular -- beautiful no matter where you look. The rooms are large, attractive, and comfortable. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, lovely view from the balcony (ocean view room). The service was always prompt and friendly, with everyone speaking good English. There are six restaurants that offer a range of cuisines and are all elegant with views of the water, plus several equally impressive bars. There's a large infinity pool with a swim-up bar that was usually pretty crowded; a smaller, adults-only infinity pool that was a bit less crowded, and a third pool at the opposite end of the property (near our room and the convention center) where we never saw a single other person (but did have a heron watch us at length from close range one day). There's endless pristine beach, much of it with pool chairs and cabanas set up. The water was warm and beautiful, though the bottom felt slimy (like a lake) when we walked in more than a few feet. Perhaps that's why we didn't see many people swimming or doing water sports there. The main downsides for us were the prices and the remoteness, each of which made the other harder to deal with. Taxis are pricey too and Uber is hard to use. We got more comfortable when we learned to use the buses.
