The sofa is horrendous it’s a bean bag sofa very low to the floor and ridiculous for 6 people! The stairs leading down to the room are very steep. There are no windows at all so very stuffy. The cleanliness wasn’t great as alot of dust.

Such a lovely place to stay! A great location too, you’re pretty much in the middle of everything you’ll need. The rooms are so pretty and the bed was so comfortable that i struggled to sleep in my own once home! Will happily be booking again for any future trips!

Great location near the beach. Enough space for 5 adults and 1 child. We were in the basement room, stairs are scaring. Rest was well decorated. Toilett was dirty and aging.

The bed was comfortable and the room was a reasonable size. The access via a code was good as it means not needing to remember a key/ card. However the front door was a little iffy to open but this was rectified quickly by the attendance of a locksmith.

The overall room was lovely and cozy. However, the room was very noisy during the night and early evening from exterior of the property. Although we were provided with earplugs which added to the good quality of facilities.

We spent a couple of nights in Brighton and Blok-74 was perfect for a short trip. We stayed in the double room and it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was clean and we loved the quirkiness of the decor. It does get quite loud in the late evening/early hours due to the bar outside but we are fortunate to be deep sleepers and our room was further back in the building so it didn’t bother us. It was also so easy to contact someone if you needed anything and I appreciated that they check in via text. We would definitely stay again.

It’s comfortable, safe and clean. it’s small room. In room has microwave and few utensils. The room is excellent. It’s surrounding by 3 pubs, so it’s loud noise at night but they gave the earplug for us, it’s helpful😊.

A very handy location just a short walk from the pier and about a 10 minute walk to the lanes and everything. Can get noisy at night time due to being near clubs and dat but they provide ear plugs which was very ideal due to noisy and inconsiderate guests on the first night but second night was completely fine. excellent and friendly communication from the staff, room was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend for a cheap little weekend trip to Brighton :) If

Looking a little tired since my last visit.

This was my second stay and I think even since February, Blok is starting to look a little tired. My husband and I stayed during a warm spell and even though we slept with the window open, there was literally not an air and no fan in the room.
