An unexpected pleasure
Came across this hotel due to a late arrival at Gatwick after a flight cancellation. We were really impressed by the staff, the hotel and especially the room which was attractive, comfortable and well equipped. The little kitchenette was an unexpected bonus and the whole experience turned a travel problem (there were no trains back to Devon until the morning) into a pleasure Would not hesitate to return. Stayed here for the second time and we had a lovely stay, the hotel is in a great location, close to paddington station which makes it easy to get around London, the beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! (I miss it). I will certainly be staying here again.

A Gem in Paddington
A warm welcome in the impressive reception/bar. Room a good size. Nicely designed. Good modern bathroom with spacious shower & good quality toiletries. The kitchenette is a real bonus & the complimentary water appreciated. Housekeeping thorough. Hotel is in a great position, a short walk from Hyde Park, tube, trains & buses. We plan to stay here again when we next visit London.
