Mediocre Hyatt.
The room was changed without prior notice, if I hadn't have asked I would have been charged for a suite and not a balcony room. The room was meant to be for an engagement and I had to postpone the engagement because the whole evening was off. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The service was mediocre, the room was mediocre and the whole experience was a severe disappointment.
