綺麗で明るいホテルですが、、、
ホテルを選び支払いが現地のみなので実際に払う時には言われるままで高い料金を払う事になった印象があります。事前払いにして欲しい。部屋は広くて清潔でくつろげます。ただ２泊めの夜はお湯が出ないのでシャワーをあきらめました。フロントに言えば対処したと言われましたが部屋には内線の電話もないのでそれは面倒臭いです。部屋のノブに掛けられる清掃不要のタグが欲しいです。ホテルの注意書きを写真に撮らせて「後で読め」と言いサインをさせるのは不快でした。ホテルのシステムなどをきちんと笑顔で説明するのがホテルマンの仕事です。

El mejor hotel en Tecolutla. Limpio, las habitaciones súper bien, el área de la alberca muy linda, a tres calles de la playa. Nos hemos hospedado en 6 diferentes hoteles en Tecolutla y definitivamente es la mejor opción, superando por mucho a los hoteles que tienen "acceso directo a la playa". Nos encantó encontrar esta joya en Tecolutla.

Las recepcionistas nos atendieron de la peor manera y el hotel nos estafó, pagué dos noches y en la segunda nos sacaron con la policía y todo que por fumar, cosa que nunca comprobaron, ademas nos dijeron que la habitación ya había sido asignada a otras personas, pedí hablar con el gerente y fué la persona más prepotente que no me permitió hablar. Nunca había pasado una situación así.

A comparación de otros hoteles, es el mejor de la zona, al pie de la playa. Muy tranquilo, tiene vista a la playa y al río de Tecolutla. El personal muy atento, la limpieza impecable cambio de sábanas y toallas diarios. Recomiendo mucho el hotel, regresaría de nuevo
