Great service from reception , room was ok but tatty , bad repair to bath , decor needed attention , very grand looking hotel and reception , other guests coming and going into the small hours , doors very loud when they self close

The hotel was ok. I am though pleased that we used one of our award nights to pay for this and therefore it was free as I do not think it was worth the £81 it would have cost. Few of the staff seemed to know what to do. Although TJ in the morning was excellent and helped ensure we were not over charged, which we would have been had he not been there. The room was freezing cold and setting the A/C to a warmer temperature did not help. There were no extra blankets, so I had to use a bath towel over the top of the quilt to stay warm. We had a very nice dinner but it was expensive but I suppose this is London prices.

A lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. My only complaint is that my breakfast order was wrong however I suspect this was due to supply issues regarding lockdown. I would definitely stay here next time I’m at Heathrow.

No mention of Expedia VIP benefits, hotel was ok in itself, but we arrived at 9pm and our rooms weren’t ready, we had to wait with our luggage in reception, even though I’d already done online check in and called the hotel to make sure of the room.

The service we received upon arrival to the hotel was excellent and was really the best part about our stay. The gentleman behind reception was sincere with his service, extremely friendly and helpful and upgraded our room free of charge. The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. Although breakfast service was a little different the way they adapted the menu and delivered to the room was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
