Met Hotel
The staff at the hotel were really welcoming and helpful and the room we stayed in was very clean and cozy. Possibly the most comfy bed I have ever slept in!

Not my first visit, not my last either.
This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and it won't be the last. The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. The room was amazing and added to our stay. the only issue was with outside noise but it is on a busy Leeds street so you can expect it. They do, however, provide free ear plugs in case it gets too much. Another issue is the parking. If you can get a space then it is straight into reception; if not then its a short walk to the NCP.

Great city break
The staff were excellent- especially Holly and her colleague on reception and Richard and his staff in the restaurant Breakfast was delicious and a lovely treat Hotel was ideally suited for people like us who wanted to nip in and out of the city centre within minute The bedrooms were in need of updating- but xlean

nice hotel, no bible
the stay was so nice and staff were so welcoming, couldnt have asked for a better affordable hotel for a night away. Rooms could do with a bible putting in as i was disappointed for there not being one

Room was small and cold at night. Had to ask for extra heating. Bed on wheels and keep moving wvery time you got in and out of it. Good select of drinks but only 1 of each. Had to keep getting key card reset every time left the room. Good location to explore leeds from.

Would stay again
Hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were all very helpful and friendly and breakfast was delicious! The room itself was nice, the bathroom was quite dusty on the floor, not sure if it had been recently re-grouted?? But overall good and would stay again, good value for money!

Solid hotel
Last minute booking as I travel to Leeds a lot for work. There was lots of Christmas parties about but I had a good sleep. Choose a single room, but it was a small double which was nice. Would stay again.
