Hotel in the average of nearby hotels - Palenque is a very turistic city with limited services (including restaurants). The hotel itself was simple, with generally aged rooms/facilities. Big plus were the large parking and 24h reception.

The hotel has a pool which is such an incredible bonus especially after walking around ruins etc in the heat. The room was good and the bathroom was fine. Both very clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is great. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and the food was very nice and reasonably priced. A 10 minute walk into Centro and to a large supermarket. Overall I would recommend to family and friends.

Bonito pero...
Me quedé 1 día con mi familia y el hotel es muy bonito, el área de alberca tiene bancas y hamacas, las áreas verdes permite una conexión con la naturaleza, las habitaciones cuentan con lindas vistas, el servicio en bueno y el personal super atento; sin embargo, para llegar a las habitaciones de día es importante que mejoren la iluminación, ya que los pasillos son oscuros. En las habitaciones había mosquitos, precisamente por estar rodeado de mucha vegetación. Lamentablemente estuvo fallando el internet y había mejor señal en la zona del restaurante. La comida es a la carta no hay buffet. Está en un punto intermedio entre la terminal de autobuses y la terminal del tren maya, saliendo del hotel puedes tomar el colectivo para ir a la zona centro. Creo que se podrían hacer mejoras en estos puntos, ya que para las personas que tienen dificultad de la vista o que son de edad avanzada podrían tener dificultades.

essayez un autre hotel à Palenque
Certes l' accueil est correct, l' hotel est bien entretenu avec un joli parc et une jolie piscine. Mais l' ensemble est vieillissant, la piscine est pleine de feuilles mortes et il n'y a pas de bain de soleil (seulement des chaises)? Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Surtout le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible, une des serveuses n a aucune idée de ce qu'est le service, elle ne répond même pas quand on lui dit bonjour !

El lugar está bien, las camas son más o menos cómodas, el único pero que encuentro es que las puertas de las habitaciones son de mala calidad, todo el ruido exterior o de los demás huéspedes se escucha, hasta cuando están platicando lejos se alcanza escuchar la gente, ya me habían dicho que así eran las habitaciónes unos amigos antes de que yo llegará y me platicaron de esto mismo, pensé que sería un caso aislado, pero si tienen ese problema, porque para dormir es un tanto incómodo el ruido de las demás personZ

Limpieza, habitación amplia, servicio en restaurantes, comodidad, precio, contexto, agua caliente, área de alberca muy amplia, agua de cortesía,: todo muy bien. Aunque no esta precisamente en la zona de la Cañada, la ubicación es cercana caminando y mejores espacios que las opciones de dicha zona. Faltó: servicio de internet en habitaciones incluso cuando se reporte desde diferentes huéspedes y que ha sido la primera vez que no reconocen los beneficios por nivel de aplicación (desayuno incluido) me pidieron pruebas y ya después accedieron. Micho ruido que se percibe en las habitaciones del movimiento de otros huéspedes.

Fijne locatie met goed restaurant.
Het hotel was rustig gelegen, maar centraal om allerlei locaties te bezoeken, zoals de Maya-ruines en de watervallen. De kamer was zeer ruim van alle gemakken voorzien, alleen jammer dat er geen koffie apparaat aanwezig was. De medewerkers waren service gericht, alleen bij de receptie sprak men Engels.
