Brooks Merrion, Leeds
I stayed here on a Monday night, and was impressed overall, however the room was looking a little dated.
Good value and parking is very close in same complex. Good location for city centre.

Has seen beter times
Not at all impressed; tired looking hotel needs a refurb. Not great value for money. Room too hot, cant open window, too noisy so had to use fan (supplied so they must know!). TV remote control broken, bed too soft and uncomfortable. Nice shower though. Room was clean enough just seen better days. Didnt eat there so unable to comment.

A good night's sleep
Unless you can get a great deal on Travelodge or Premier Inn type chains, this has to be a better choice on value. My single room was small, but comfortable and as well-appointedas those places, with bath as well as shower. I got a rare good night's sleep as the location is not noisy, even though in the city centre. The staff I met were uniformly well-trained and polite - clearly good management here. The breakfast included was a bonus at this price - choice of cereals, toast and juices, and cooked breakfast to order (leave time for this), though the quality of the cooked food could be better.

Good and very friendly service.
Good and very friendly service. Hotel well run. Rooms small but very clean. On the negative side, ill-fitting double glazing meant rooms suffered with a lot of external noise. I asked to change rooms on arrival because of that - the staff were very obliging but the second room was not a great improvement. Take earplugs and everything else makes the hotel a good recommendation.

Postive:
Well positioned in Leeds
Postive:
Well positioned in Leeds City centre.
Room nice and clean.
Cheap
Negative:
Room quite small and old fashioned
Springy bed
Lots of evening/night time noise from mainly loud drunks on pavement below and trafic, in need of noise insulation/decent double glazing.
AC cooling no working, only fan, chiller likely to be switched off to save energy/costs.

Although the room was very small
Although the room was very small and furniture was not so new, it was quite clean and tidy. Staff were very kind and helpful as well. The hotel is located at the heart of Leeds, so I could manage to commute all the places that I had to easily. So, this hotel earned ever p I paid.

酒店就位在市中心, 離 University of Leeds
