Employees were great, respectful, helpful. From the security guard, personnel at the breakfast area to the front desk attendants...they were all amazing. The breakfast was above average and a traditional North Mexico treat. Our room: the exhaust fan in the bathroom is too loud and it smell like sewer.

The rooms need insulation since everyone that walked and talked thru the hallway keep me up during the night.. Also not sure if they didn’t mopped the restroom or they mopped with a dirty mop because there was lots of hair on the floor and obviously was not mine.

In overall it was a good stay.The check in was fast,the employees were friendly,the breakfast was pretty decent.The bedroom was spacious,the bed was comfortable,the bathroom needs to be more clean.The pool was good to swim.The hotel is in good location.The only complaint is the bathroom,keep it more clean.
