Love this hotel /B&B this was a return trip to this place . It’s central to everything a few minutes to the town and town center …we could see the tower from our bedroom window. If you expect 5star then this isn’t for you but if you need a nice clean comfortable place to stay then book them now …the only gripe I have is the bed wasn’t big enough and was a bit lumpy but apart from that 10/10

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was toast fruit cereal chocolate croissant hot drinks. Which was offered to us although it says no breakfast included. Room was small but had everything we needed. Comfy bed. En suite shower room.

Brilliant.
Lovely welcome from a girl on reception. Requested a low floor level room, got a ground floor which was brilliant. Only down fall is that one of the cups hadnt been washed properly and still had a ring mark round it where the last visitors had a brew in it. Easy to enter and exit hotel with a key card. In lounge they have stuff to make brews, toast, cereals, etc with no extra cost. Would we stay again? Definatley.

Excellent service and help from team
This was part of extended stay for visiting my husband in Blackpool Victoria hospital. I received excellent help and service from the Winter Gardens suites team. My stay was very comfortable and I felt safe on my own. We will book again when my husband has recovered to have a holiday there together. I can not thank the team enough xxx

Excellent service and room
Our stay at the Winter Garden Suites was for when my husband was in Blackpool Victoria Hospital for an operation. My stay was extended for visiting the hospital as my husband was in ICU longer. I received excellent service and help from the team at this hotel. My stay was very comfy and the room was very clean. We will be booking again when my husband can enjoy a holiday there. I can not thank the team enough xxx

The room was comfy and clean just need abit of a make over in the showers but bathroom clean , i had to put kettle on the floor to boil it as the plug wasn't long enough to boil it on counter , but owners are lovely and i would stay there again

Place to sleep a night
For the price paid this was an excellent stay. Can’t expect full luxury at this price. Everything was as expected - rooms warm and bed comfy. Tea and coffee in room, limited help yourself breakfast as highlighted.

LOVELY HOTEL
What a lovely hotel and really nice surprise! booked a one night stay on the last minute and wasnt execting the best due to paying such a bargain pricexx we were amazed from the moment we walked into the hotel mark and lovely receptionist were so welcoming and even though we were two hours early for checkin they we so nice and made us a free coffee and quickly got out room ready xx Complimentary snacks and drinks throughout our stay including fruitx we was amazed. Room had everything we needed for a comfortable mini break thank you so much.

The property is within walking distance to town and shops. The room was nice and clean. Fresh towels. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only thing that I was disappointed with was breakfast. I expected to have cooked breakfast. Instead, it was self service at the reception area. Cereals, orange juice, porridge and individual wrapped croissants. They run out of bread and couldn’t have a toast.

We stayed 1 night - On arrival we should have had a parking space but reception couldn’t find key for barrier so we had to park away from the hotel at an additional cost to us. We were shown to our room which was very basic and consisted of a bed, a mirrored wardrobe, a surface that was a piece of kitchen side, a very small (understatement) en-suite. On a positive side - The room was clean, the shower in the en-suite worked well. On a realistic side - the bed base was 6 inches smaller than the mattress, giving unusable overhang, the mattress was only double and was of such poor quality that you could feel EVERY single spring! I asked to change rooms as the bed was unacceptable to be told no rooms were available. I asked for a mattress topper of some description and was given a fitted sheet and this was before we had noticed the 6” overhang of the mattress! Reception is only manned between 2pm and 5pm - so don’t expect any kind of service. So let’s talk breakfast - part of the “bed and breakfast” we had booked - breakfast is in the reception, I won’t say served because there’s no staff at the hotel. Help yourself to toast (but no clean plates or a knife to butter or jam it) have a bowl of cereals (out of the box as no clean dishes) … maybe a nice cup of tea (fetch your mug from your room as no mugs available). Pictures on the website must have been taken a good few years ago and not updated. I could go on but I’m out of characters for review sorry don’t waste your money
