The hotel was in a great neighborhood and very accessible to transit. It was a nice hotel and the staff is great. Nice, clean bathroom, beds are okay to good for a hotel. Would have been nice to have complementary coffee in the morning, but there were plenty of options in the morning (though they open a bit later if you start your day early).

The hotel reception was large and inviting. The staff were very welcoming and service with a smile. The room was very clean, just a little dated in parts. Would have liked a walk in shower. However was informed all rooms have baths. If you like a deep bath then this hotel would be ideal for you. We would stay here again if staying in the area for a short stay

Lifts are being upgraded so not all were working but the wait for a lift was never long. Room was comfortable with all amenities provided. A bonus was some dedicated sports channels on tv. The breakfast was average. The hotel is very conveniently situated with a tube station 100 metres away and multiple bars and restaurants being within walking distance.
